Transparency act
Safe and responsible production is fundamental to us. We set high standards for responsible and transparent work and production processes. Since 2011 it has been mandatory for our main contractors and subcontractors to sign our Code of Conduct. This requirement document ensures that raw materials, production, and resources are managed in accordance with international laws and regulations.
Our main suppliers are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Our products always comply with applicable rules and certifications, and they are tested according to the ECE R44-04 & UN R129 regulations. Our Voksi products are OEKO-TEX 100 Standard 1 certified.
We conduct annual due diligence assessments. We also carry out mapping of working conditions, employment conditions, and living conditions for our factory workers. The mapping and surveys are conducted by third-party firms that specialize in current laws and regulations in relevant countries. HTS BeSafe AS has been carrying out this important work since 2013, with the most recent assessment conducted in 2023.

REACH Standard
We are committed to safeguarding the well-being of children and the environment by excluding all harmful substances from our products.
We have established agreements with our production partners and sub-suppliers to ensure compliance with REACH requirements and prevent the use of harmful chemicals throughout our value chain. We have taken additional steps by dedicating resources to implementing rigorous testing procedures that meet the highest standards.
To ensure full compliance with REACH regulations at HTS BeSafe AS, we meticulously test all components integrated into our products. Throughout the year, we consistently send components to an independent testing institute for chemical analysis in accordance with REACH. The results of these tests are categorized as PASS or FAIL for each component.
